Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ANCU Labs FZC LLC collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects data through WorkBeta.
1. Operator
WorkBeta is owned and operated by ANCU Labs FZC LLC, trade license 4415153, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone / SPC Free Zone, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE. References to WorkBeta, we, us, or our mean ANCU Labs FZC LLC operating the WorkBeta website, platform, applications, and related services.

2. Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of WorkBeta, information from partners and administrators, imported or public business listing data, and information needed to secure and operate the platform.
- Name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, company name, role, account details, partner account data, and admin account data.
- Workspace requirements, RFQ and request details, selected centres, quote interactions, tour interactions, contact reveal interactions, communications, messages, saved searches, favourites, and notification preferences.
- Partner claim data, claim documents and uploads, trade license documents, claimant identity documents, supporting documents, proof links, review status, and admin notes where submitted.
- Partner listing information, photos, hours, amenities, workspace options, pricing indicators, locations, descriptions, reviews, team members, and commercial terms.
- Partner agreements, agreement versions, typed signatures, checkbox acceptance, timestamps, IP and user-agent hashes, agreement hashes, and signed agreement snapshots.
- Finance, commission, invoice, payment receipt, billing, and payment review records where applicable.
- Imported or public business listing data, including Google Places-style names, addresses, categories, ratings, location data, references, photos, photo references, and source metadata.
- Technical logs, IP address, device, browser, user-agent, request metadata, timestamps, authentication and security data, OTP hashes, magic-link token hashes, verification timestamps, and operational diagnostics.
- Essential cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, theme, currency, guest favourites, dismissed reminders, and similar functional preferences.
3. How we use data
We use data to operate, secure, support, improve, and protect WorkBeta.
- Operate WorkBeta, process RFQs and workspace requests, and match users with relevant business centres and workspace providers.
- Manage quotes, tours, messages, contact reveal, saved searches, favourites, client portals, partner portals, admin tools, and service communications.
- Verify identity and contact details, send OTPs or magic links, prevent misuse and fraud, protect account security, and enforce platform rules.
- Review partner claims, documents, listing control, partner team access, agreement acceptance, billing, commission, invoice, and payment records.
- Moderate imported, public, and partner-submitted listing data and improve listing accuracy.
- Maintain audit, legal, billing, dispute, security, support, and business records.
- Improve platform reliability, product functionality, marketplace workflows, inventory quality, and support responses.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations and protect the rights, users, partners, platform integrity, and business interests of ANCU Labs FZC LLC.
4. Sharing
We share information only where needed to operate WorkBeta, support a request, comply with law, or protect the platform.
- RFQ and request details may be shared with selected or relevant business centres, workspace providers, and their authorized partner users.
- Client contact details are shared only when needed through approved platform flows, such as an accepted quote, tour request, or other approved interaction.
- Service providers may process data for hosting, database, object storage, email, Twilio/WhatsApp/SMS communications, maps, Google Places-style data, security, infrastructure, operations, support, and similar platform services.
- Advisers, authorities, courts, payment or collection recipients, and other third parties may receive data where required by law, to enforce terms, collect amounts, investigate abuse, respond to disputes, or protect rights, users, partners, and ANCU Labs FZC LLC.
- WorkBeta does not sell personal data as an advertising-data broker.
5. Communications
We may send service and security messages by WhatsApp, SMS, email, in-app notification, or other reasonable channels. These include verification codes, sign-in links, RFQ updates, quote updates, tour updates, message notifications, claim updates, partner onboarding, billing, account, and important service notices.
Marketing or promotional messages will be sent only where permitted or consented to, and with opt-out controls where required. Service and security messages are separate from marketing messages and may still be necessary to provide WorkBeta.
6. Cross-border and service-provider processing
WorkBeta and its service providers may process, store, transfer, or access data in the United Arab Emirates or other jurisdictions. Data protection rules may differ between jurisdictions, but we use service providers for legitimate operational purposes and expect them to protect data appropriately.
7. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide WorkBeta, operate accounts, process requests, support users and partners, maintain legal, audit, billing, tax, finance, agreement, security, fraud prevention, dispute, and business records, and protect platform integrity.
Some records may remain after an account deletion or deletion request where retention is required or reasonably needed for legal, audit, fraud prevention, agreement evidence, billing, payment, tax, dispute, security, backup, or enforcement purposes.
8. Security
WorkBeta uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, access controls, private storage for sensitive uploads, hashed tokens or codes where appropriate, and operational review processes to protect platform data.
No online system is absolutely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account access, email account, devices, and any information you choose to share with partners outside WorkBeta.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection to certain processing, or communication preference changes. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, audit, agreement, fraud prevention, dispute, or platform integrity needs.

10. Updates
